This weekend I headed back to Polzeath Beach for the Common Ground Surf Classic 2026.

Polzeath is a beach that holds a very special place in my heart. It’s where I grew up, learnt to surf, and ultimately it’s the place where I fell in love with the sport. Coming back to a place that has played such a big part in my journey felt really special.

The weather was a little bit unpredictable but that didn’t stop me from having a great weekend capturing these photos.
